The architect designed the development trying to use a different material that would stand out from the rest of the other retail developments in the area. After reviewing the information on Cordova Stone and Quik Brik, he found the “punch” that he was looking for. The products also boasted of a substantial cost savings over conventional construction which was an added bonus.
We went through a learning curve in design since this was a different material than we were accustomed. After working with Adams Products representatives, we were able to iron out the details and put together a development that definitely stands out from the rest in the area. The owners were very happy with the look and have said that they will use this as their benchmark for future developments. The project came in under budget also which was an added bonus. We will definitely consider using Quik Brik and Cordova Stone on future projects.
